DRS + Tom Dixon = Bronte

The London based architectural interior design practice Design Research Studio (DRS) is specializing in high concept interiors, large scale installations and architectural design. Their most recent creation is Bronte, a restaurant overlooking Trafalgar Square. It is said to be inspired by the history of the Strand, Victorian explorers, extraordinary collectors and the ‘Cabinet of Curiosities’. Creative director on this project was well-known British product design brand Tom Dixon Studio, which products were heavily used in the interiors.

“Against a neutral backdrop, sit large feature elements in extraordinary materials – a pink concrete breakfast bar, a green granite kitchen and a pewter cocktail bar, custom design furniture with green leather and black timber booths- each celebrating a different part of the eclectic all-day food and drink offering. “ – Tom Dixon Studio

Bronte has been given a luxurious yet simplistic look, leaving focus on the quality materials, round shapes and changing palette. A visit to Bronte will unquestionably stimulate a stylish mind.
