We hope none of you missed that we had a popup exhibition in Stockholm a month ago. We exhibited exclusive plexi glass photographs by our beloved Gabrielle Aquadro, and several artworks found new homes! The interest in Gabrielle’s minimalistic architectural motifs was great and the turnout of people was amazing!
Now we do it again! During the two upcoming weekends (3-4 & 10-11 June) we welcome you to another Architerior exhibition, at Galleri Rääf in central Stockholm (Hornsgatan 32, at Slussen). More plexi glass works by Gabrielle will be sold, together with a framed selection of stunning nature photographs by another Galleryshop artist, Laura Gabriel.
If you’re in Stockholm, we encourage you to join us for some wine and art at Galleri Rääf, who also happens to have the best view of Stockholm Marathon that is taking place 3 June. If you can’t come, but see something you like on our Instagram or website, please don’t hesitate to contact us for a possibility to make an order.
OPENING TIMES:
3-4 & 10-11 June between 12-16!
Galleri Rääf, Hornsgatan 32, Stockholm. Welcome!
Read about the artists below, and check out some photos from the previous exhibition!
GABRIELLE AQUADRO
Gabrielle is a South African architect and photographer from Johannesburg, currently living in London. Gabrielle’s photography motto is to “always look beyond the obvious”, and to her that means capturing moments that abstract well known structures. By removing context and highlighting the unusual colours in the facades she finds that the buildings take on a more dream-like state, a reality within a reality.
LAURA GABRIEL
Living in a rather big village near Zurich in Switzerland, trips to the mountains became the perfect outlet for photographer Laura Gabriel. Through working and travelling in the Alps, Laura is constantly learning more about this environment. With her photography she wants to help others discover their own longing for nature and the freedom that comes with it.
