We use a third party server to host our website. The server is located in Germany. We log the IP address, pages accessed, information requested, the date and time of the request, the source of your access to our website and your browser version and operating system.

We collect this data to ensure network and IT security and so that the server and website remain uncompromised.

Electronic newsletters

We use a third-party WordPress plugin called ‘Newsletter Plugin’. Please refer to their website for further information about privacy policy https://www.thenewsletterplugin.com. Newsletter plugin stores subscriber’s data in our WordPress blog database and does not transfer any data to the company of the plugin’s creators.

What information does the plugin collect?

The plugin collects name and email address. More importantly, Newsletter collects IP addresses at the moment of the subscription and whenever a user performs an action on newsletters. IP addresses are used for various features, from tracking to geolocalization.

We use double-opt-in for newsletter registration. That means that after a user enters an email address, we will send a mail to that address so that it needs to be confirmed before the newsletter can be sent out. The newsletter may include company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. If at any time the user would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email or user may contact us via our site. We may use third-party service providers to help us operate our business and the site or administer activities on our behalfs, such as sending out newsletters or surveys. We may share your information with these third parties for those limited purposes provided that you have given us your permission.

What information do we collect?

When you place an order in our Architerior Galleryshop we store the following personal data: Billing address (name, email, street, zip, city, country). We do not store any credit card or bank information.

Why do we collect it?

To establish who the contract is with and to contact the user to fulfill our obligations under the contract, including sending receipts and order confirmations to the user.
