A stunning view, high quality materials, smart layout and innovative shapes – that’s ZA CLIFTON 2A! This single residential dream by architectural firm SAOTA was completed in 2014 and is located in Cape Town, South Africa. The views are just magnificent, overlooking Clifton and Camps Bay beaches and the rising mountains in the distance. The infinity pool couldn’t be faced in a more intriguing direction than this. As most SAOTA buildings, concrete, glass, clean lines and big windows dominate the design. Another thing typical for the architectural firm is the fun stone blocks in the terrace, surrounded by water. The house is formed around this sculpted terrace which contains all external living and entertaining functions. This area brings the different parts of the house together with the help of floor to ceiling windows that can be used as doors. The outdoor space also features an open fireplace and grill area to make the most of the South African weather.
