Last week was Stockholm Design Week and I met up with Valentina of @myinteriordetails to visit Stockholm Furniture Fair. The fair is a major event for the Swedish design market and a great place to check out trends, listen to talks and find new inspirations. Let’s take a look at what was on display for the new design season.

Neutral tones and chrome details

Furry or teddy textiles are making a comeback being seen on many arm chairs at the fair.

The Rose Chair by Massproductions won the category Best Product

Rattan was a huge trend in 2018, one that will continue into 2019. Here seen in a very playful vintage collection.

MENU displayed some elegant vintage vibes in their booth. 70s here we go!

The velvet trend is still going strong. &Tradition showed some amazing colourful furniture. Like the yellow dream sofa above, or the green armchairs below.

Playful booth display with round holes in the walls. Making it easier to peek at all the designs.
