This L shaped single-family house of 372 m2 is located in Risskov, Denmark, and was designed by ARDESS architecture firm. The layout of “Villa V3” features four split-levels and an integrated garage, all in a modern concrete look. Windows have been placed in unusual positions to create an intriguing natural light flow throughout the house. The half levels create an interesting separation of the individual rooms and add a sense of dynamic spaciousness to the otherwise strict layout. ARDESS has not been afraid to use darker materials and colours for a modern look with attractive simplicity. Every surface, every corner and every level has been carfully thought through to blend together in this functional yet innovative home.
